Hi Ed,
My buyer has signed an offer. We are waiting for the bank to open tomorrow to get an updated pre-approval letter which will be emailed to you asap. I faxed the offer, however I am aware that an item typically countered is the request for a Pest Inspection and the 10 day vs. 17 day windows in 2 areas of the contract. My buyer asked me to submit as is, but all topics are negotiable. Thank you.

I spoke to Bank of America today. They are still not ready with an approved price yet. I asked them if there was any point to sending in an offer at this time, and they said no-that the offer would not be looked at until a final approved price was set. I will be happy to let you know when they give me price. I plan on calling them back daily. The approved price decision is already a week overdue.

I called today. The computer system is down at Bank of America, but I can still call back before 10PM Eastern Time today to see if their system is back up.
I still don’t have an approved price yet.
I also would never tell you not to write an offer. If you have a buyer who wants to submit one, I say go ahead.
