If you are already committed to working with another real estate agent, they are welcome to show the property to you.  All that we ask is that your agent follow our showing instructions.

If you are a real estate agent and wish to show one of the properties we represent, please review our general showing instructions and then check the specific showing instructions for that property and send an email to Showings@HowToBuyThisHouse.com with your request as applicable.

Just give us a call at (888) 267-6366 or send an email to Offers@HowToBuyThisHouse.com, and we will prepare an offer based on your terms and send it to you via Docusign to be signed and submitted to the home owner(s).

If you are already committed to working with another real estate agent, they are welcome to submit an offer for you. All that we ask is your agent follow our offer instructions, and you make sure to review your offer for errors before it is sent to us.
